Please take a moment to peruse our list below of acceptable extracurricular activities, if your activity is not on our list, please contact us.

 

When you are notified that your application is approved, you will be directed back to our website to complete surveys. A Pre-Activity Survey should be filled out by the Student, Parent or Guardian and your teacher or guidance counselor (upon approval of your application).  When your scholarship term has come to a completion you will be contacted by T.H.A.N.K.S. again via email and be directed back to our website for a post survey. (see survey page under application process above). We appreciate your imput on these surveys as this information helps us to secure funding and build a stronger organization that can help serve more children.
